The Goshen varsity football team beat Warwick during their annual Spirit Trophy Game.
The game took place on Saturday, Sept. 26 at Warwick Valley High School, during Warwick Valley Central School District’s homecoming weekend.
The game, originally scheduled for the afternoon, was moved to the morning, because of the rainy forecast.
The Gladiators beat the Wildcats 12-6 to secure the Spirit Trophy. The Goshen-Warwick rivalry dates back to 1896.
