Susan R. Berk of Harriman passed away on Thursday, Dec. 2, 2021, at Garnet Health Medical Center in the Town of Wallkill. She was 63 years old.
The daughter of Louis and Rose Ricca Stines, she was born in Brooklyn on Feb. 6, 1958.
Susan was an Occupational Therapist Assistant for Inspire in Goshen.
Survivors include her loving husband Ronald F. Berk at home; her children: Michael Berk of New York City, Christopher Berk of Harriman and Ashley Tompkins and her husband Craig of Kent; her brother Thomas Stines of Fort Myer, Fla.; and her beloved granddaughter Rylee Rose Tompkins.
Visitation was held Dec. 6 at Smith, Seaman & Quackenbush Funeral Home, 117 Maple Ave., Monroe.
A Funeral Mass was celebrated Dec. 7 at St. Anastasia Church in Harriman.
Interment followed at Cemetery of The Highlands in Highland Mills.
