Annette Rose Kieferle of New Windsor passed away at the age of 66 on Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2023. She was 66 years old.

Born in Detroit, Michigan to Aniello and Jeannette (Crisci) Ferraro, she was born on Feb. 19, 1957.

Annette was currently the Global Client Service Coordinator at Encompass Digital Media in Stamford, Conn., and previously worked at MLB, NBA and Atlantic Satellite.

Beloved wife of the late Frederick G. Kieferle II. Devoted mother of Jessica Petrus and her husband Ray. Loving grandmother to Jemma. Dear sister of Rosalie Aversano and Andrew Ferraro and his wife Nancy. Cherished aunt to AnnMarie Aversano, Silvio Aversano and Christopher Ferraro and great aunt to Carmella Ferraro.

Annette was the kindest, dearest person you can ever meet. She worked as broadcast distribution manager and was a legend in her industry. If you needed to get something done in an obscure location, at any time of day, just call Annette and she would make magic happen.

Everyone who worked with, booked transmission with or simply just wanted to talk to a friend on their ride home from work would call Annette. Annette was not only excellent at her job, she was a master matchmaker helping many now married couples get together. Annette always remembered to wish you (and your spouse, children and parents) a Happy Birthday.

Annette encouraged others, guiding them to become the best version of themselves.

When Annette was not working (which wasn’t often), she enjoyed spending time with her beautiful granddaughter, Jemma, going to church where she prayed for everyone and enjoyed singing in the church choir.

Music was very important to Annette and she shared that love with Jessica and Jemma. Annette’s daughter Jessica was her greatest achievement, along with her unconditional love for her family and friends.

Visitation was held Aug. 27 at Smith, Seaman & Quackenbush Funeral Home, 117 Maple Ave., Monroe.

A Funeral Mass was celebrated Aug. 28, 2023, at St. Anastasia Church, 110 Route 17M, Harriman.
