The seventh annual Hudson Valley Fiesta Latina will be held on Saturday, Aug. 21, at Museum Village in Monroe from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The free event celebrates our nation’s diversity and the richness of American culture. Entertainment includes live salsa music from Latin Jazz Express, food trucks, vendors, face painting and more.
The committee this year is recognizing Judge William Sanchez of the Town of Rhinebeck for his outstanding leadership in justice and human rights by presenting him with the Con Orgullo Lo Nuestro Award.
There will also be a reading and book signing by Herman Mendoza, best selling author of “Shifting Shadows.”
