Tracking the government center's progress

Thanks to John Castleman, who on Sept. 26 posted these before-and-after shots of the Orange County Government Center in Goshen on The Chronicle's Facebook page, with the message: "Exactly a year and 2 days ago" with the first photo, and "Exactly 2 days ago. These two photos represent the speed at which this project is moving (or not moving, depending on your point of view)."
