He was released on his own recognizance to appear in village court on Aug. 17. A youthful offender, 19, of New Hampton was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance to appear in village court on Sept. 14. August 18 Valentine Ukoh, 21, of Middletown was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance to appear in village court on Sept. 7. 8/22/11- Sarah Lopez, 25 of Newburgh was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. She was released on his own recognizance to appear in village court on Sept. 7. August 22 Frederick Landrigan, 51, of Warwick was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance to appear in village court on Sept. 14. August 24 A youthful offender, 18, was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay fines to the Village of Goshen Court, He was arraigned before Judge Cione and released after paying the fines in full. Jeremy McKenna, 35, of Newburgh was arrested on a warrant from the State Police at Monroe. He was turned over to the State Police. August 25 Georgette Franzone, 51, of Stone Ridge was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. She was released on his own recognizance to appear in village court on Sept. 14.
