December 11 Lisa Brereton, 36, of Campbell Hall was arrested on a warrant for driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. She was arraigned before Justice Thomas Cione and released on his own recognizance to appear in village court on Dec. 16. December 12 John Bowens, 50, of Middletown was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance to appear in village court on Jan. 6. Michael Greer, 20, of Warwick was arrested for being a fugitive from justice. He was arraigned before Justice Thomas Cione and committed to the Orange County Jail on no bail. December 14 Jessica Hall, 29, of Newburgh was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. She was released on his own recognizance to appear in village court on Jan. 6. Christopher Stoeckert, 29, of Goshen was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor and harassment, a violation. He was arraigned before Justice Thomas Cione and released on his own recognizance to appear in village court on Jan. 13. December 16 Christopher Stoeckert, 29, of Goshen was charged with criminal contempt, a misdemeanor. He was arraigned before Justice Thomas Cione and committed to the Orange County Jail on $1,000 bail to appear on Jan. 20. December 17 Erick Rivera, 18, of Goshen was charged with burglary, a felony; petit larceny, a misdemeanor; and sexual misconduct with an animal, a misdemeanor. He was arraigned before Justice Thomas Cione and committed to the Orange County Jail on $15,000 bail to appear on Dec. 23. Kevin Zinkand, 51, of Goshen was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay fines for attempted burglary, a felony, and criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. He was arraigned before Justice Thomas Cione and released on after paying a $100 fine. December 18 Francis Ruggierio, 31, of Newburgh was arrested on a warrant out of Orange County Court for burglary. He was turned over to the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.
