He was released to appear in village court on Dec. 10 at 3 p.m. Anthony Badolato, 48, of Chester was arrested on a Bench Warrant for failing to appear in village court on a charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released on $100 bail to appear in village court on Dec. 10 at 5 p.m. Justin Cay, 20, of Middletown was arrested on a bench warrant for failing to appear in village court on a charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail to appear in village court on Nov. 12 at 5 p.m. Steven Fuller, 20, of Chester was arrested on a charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in village court on Dec. 10 at 3 p.m. Jennifer Hopkins, 28, of Chester was arrested on a charge of criminal mischief in the fourth degree, a misdemeanor, and harassment in the second degree, a violation. She was remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $250 bail to appear in village court on Nov. 12 at 3 p.m.. Michael Zwart, 30, of Circleville was arrested on a charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in village court on Dec. 10 at 3 p.m. James Nozkowski, 22, of Pine Bush was arrested on a New York State parole warrant. He was remanded to the Orange County Jail with no bail set. He is due to appear in Orange County Court on Nov. 10 at 10 a.m.
