A female, 18, of Highland Mills was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct, a violation. She was released to appear in village court on June 11 at 3 p.m. Aimee Vincent, 19, of Monroe was arrested on a charge of assault in the third degree, a misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a violation. She was released to appear in village court on June 11 at 3 p.m. Armando Hernandez, 29, of Newburgh was arrested on a charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in village court on July 9 at 3 p.m. Michael Starr, 53, of Chester was arrested on a charge of violation of probation, a felony. He was remanded to the Orange County Jail. No bail or return court date was set. Patrick Akin, 19, of Warwick was arrested on a charge of criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree, a misdemeanor. He appeared in village court on June 4. Jon Osestad, 20, of Warwick was arrested on a charge of criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree, a misdemeanor. He appeared in village court on June 4. Angel Gali, 22, of Chester was arrested on a charge of public consumption of alcohol, a violation. She was released to appear in village court on July 9 at 3 p.m. Angie Raines, 32, of Florida, N.Y., was arrested on a charge of petit larceny, a misdemeanor. She was released on $200 bail to appear in village court on June 11 at 5 p.m. Nathaniel Lawson, 23, of Pomona was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in village court on June 11 at 3 p.m. Raymond Padilla, 29, of Highland Mills was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended registration and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both misdemeanors. He was released to appear in village court on July 9 at 3 p.m. Tony Slone, 43, of Phelan, Calif., was arrested on a warrant from San Bernadino, Calif., relative to the rape and sexual abuse of a child. Officers Raftery and Cardwell responded to a call for a disorderly male at the C&S Wholesaler warehouse in the Village of Chester. Slone was subsequently arrested on the warrant and remanded to the Orange County Jail without bail pending extradition to California.
