He was released to appear July 9 at 3 p.m. Patricia Starick, age 50 of Bellvalle, NY, was charged with Petit Larceny, a Misdemeanor. She was released to appear July 9, at 3 p.m. Editor's note, April 19, 2010: Patricia Starick's case was sealed by the court, according to Village of Chester Police Chief Peter Graziano: "That usually means that the charges weren't dropped but that they were 'Adjourned in Contemplation of Dissmissal'.  All that means is that a deal was made with the court that as long as she has no trouble with the law (usually within six months), the charges are dismissed." He was released to appear Aug. 6, at 3 p.m. Brian McDougall, age 21 of Rock Tavern, was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor. He was remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $250 bail to appear on Aug. 13, at 3 p.m. Casey Iorio, age 28, of Port Jervis, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, a Misdemeanor. He was released to appear on Aug. 6, at 3 p.m. Brandon Sussman, age 27 of Kew Gardens, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, a Misdemeanor.
