July 29 Jason Doolittle, 26, of Middletown was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a misdemeanor. He was processed and released on $200 bail and is to appear in town court on Sept. 2. July 30 A 17 year-old male from Goshen was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol by a person under 21, a violation. He was released to appear in the town court on Sept. 23. A 19-year-old male from Goshen was arrested and charged with obstructing governmental administration in the second degree, a misdemeanor, and harassment in the second degree, a violation. He was released to appear in town court on Sept. 23. Mumtaz Khan, 39, of Harriman was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in town court on Aug. 20. August 2 Daniel Mattiello, 27, of Middletown was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. August 4 Fernando Bocaletti, 24, of Matamoras, Pa., was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in town court on Sept. 9. August 6 Ryan Hammer, 24, of Goshen was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released to appear in town court on Sept. 2. Amado Isidore, 29, of Middletown was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in town court on Sept. 2. Amanda Roddey, 20, of Goshen was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was arraigned before Town of Wallkill Justice Ray Shoemaker and remanded to Orange County Jail awaiting a future court date. Nicholas Talarico, 20, of New Hampton was arrested and charged with possession of an alcoholic beverage by a person under 21 years of age, a violation. He was arraigned before Village of Florida Justice Shuback and remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 and is to appear in town court on Aug. 12. Saquan Threadgill, 20, of Goshen was arrested and charged with public lewdness, a misdemeanor. He was arraigned before town Justice Kimberly VanHaaster and remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $250 bail and is to appear in town justice court on Sept. 2.
