November 29 Juan Bruno, 21, of Middletown was arrested on a Town of Goshen bench warrant for failure to pay fines. He was released to return to Town of Goshen Court. Christopher Elman, 22, of Middletown was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree and operating with a suspended registration, both misdemeanors. He was released to appear in town court on Feb. 20. Nicholas Rosario, 29, of Goshen was arrested on a Town of Goshen bench warrant charging failure to appear in court. He was released to appear in town court on Nov. 30. Ralph E. larussi, 29, of Middletown was arrested and charged with operating with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in town court on Dec. 5. Jamel Francis, 21, of Bronx was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in town court on Dec. 19. December 1 Jack Helms, 42, of Goshen was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, both misdemeanors. He was released to appear in town court on Jan. 8. December 5 A 16-year-old female from Monroe and a 16-year-old female from Highland Mills were both arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. Both were released to appear in town court on Dec. 19. Bernadette Parker, 45, of Goshen was arrested by the City of Middletown Police Department on a Town of Goshen bench warrant charging failure to appear in court. She was turned over to the Town of Goshen Police and arraigned before town Justice Kimberly Vanhaaster. She was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $100 bail. December 7 Nadine Kaminski, 41, of Chester was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. She was released to appear in town court on Feb. 20. Robyn Robbins, 36, of Goshen was arrested on a bench warrant from the Town of Greenville Court. She was turned over to the state police at Greenville. John Olsen, 45, of New York, N.Y., was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in town court on Dec. 19. Dawn Dessources, 30, of Middletown was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. She was released to appear in town court on Dec. 19. December 8 Glenn Rice, 46, of Goshen was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree and operating with a suspended registration, both misdemeanors. He was released to appear in town court on Jan. 8.
