July 6 A 19-year-old female from West Milford, N.J., was arrested on a Town of Goshen bench warrant charging failure to appear. She was released on an appearance as per Town of Goshen Justice Thomas Cione to appear in the Town of Goshen Justice Court on July 7. July 9 Patrick Naughton, 48, of New Hampton was arrested on a City of Middletown bench warrant. He was turned over to the City of Middletown Police Department. July 10 Nathaniel Pemell, 22, of Newburgh was arrested on a Town of Goshen bench warrant charging failure to appear. He was released on an appearance ticket as per Town of Goshen Justice Kimberly VanHaaster to appear in town court on Aug. 4. Gregory Mroz, 50, of Florida, N.Y., was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in town court on July 21. Michael Zborovan, 28, of Warwick was arrested on a City of Middletown bench warrant. He was turned over to the City of Middletown Police Department. July 11 Matthew Weeden, 25, of Goshen was arrested and charged with assault in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He was processed and released to appear in town court on July 14. July 12 Matthew Hamilton, 23, of Florida, N.Y., was arrested and charged with a blood-alcohol content over .08 percent and driving while intoxicated, both misdemeanors. He was processed and released to appear in town court on Aug. 4. Nicola Schirripa, 25, of Harris was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. She was released to appear in town court on Aug. 4.
