August 21 Robert J. Adams, 22, of Richmond, Va., was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in the Town of Goshen Justice Court on Sept. 27. August 22 Timothy D. Schuman, 19, of Godeffroy, N.Y., was arresteq and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released to appear in the Town of Goshen Justice Court on Sept. 6. August 23 William M. Revicki, 35, of Roscoe, N.Y., was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He was processed and released to appear in the Town of Goshen Justice Court on Sept. 6. Robert E. Hasbrouck, 19, of Middletown was arrested on a Town of Goshen bench warrant. He was processed and released to appear in the Town of Goshen Justice Court on Oct. 18. August 24 Thomas J. Cullen, 18, of Goshen was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was processed and released to appear in the Town of Goshen Justice Court on Aug. 30. August 26 Charles O. Robinson, 36, of Goshen was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in the Town of Goshen Justice Court on Sept. 20. August 27 James T. Smith, 42, of Goshen was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test, both felonies. He was arraigned before Town of Goshen Justice Cione and was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $7,500. He is to appear in the Town of Goshen Justice Court on Aug. 30.
