September 21 James Gesner, 34, of Goshen, N.Y. was arrested on a Town of Deerpark Arrest Warrant charging Harassment in the second degree. He was turned over to the Town of Deerpark Police Department. Christopher K. Furey, 26, of Chester, N.Y. was arrested on a Town of Goshen Bench Warrant. September 24 Ryan A. Foss, 24, of Matamoras, Pa. was arrested and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in the Town of Goshen Justice Court on Oct. 17. September 25 A 16-year-old male from Middletown, N.Y. was arrested and charged with Menacing in the second degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the fourth degree, both misdemeanors. He was arraigned before Town of Goshen Justice Cione and remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Goshen Justice Court on Oct. 17. Jessica Libardi, 22, of Goshen, N.Y. was arrested and charged with Burglary in the third degree, Criminal Mischief in the third degree, both felonies and Criminal Trespass in the third degree, a misdemeanor. She was arraigned before Town of Goshen Justice Cione and remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $5000.00 bail and is to appear in the Town of Goshen Justice Court on Oct. 17. Dennis Tropin, 23, of Monroe, N.Y. and an 18 year-old male from Monroe, N.Y. were arrested and both charged with Conspiracy in the fifth degree, a misdemeanor. They were processed and released to appear in the Town of Goshen Justice Court on Oct. 17.
