January 9 A 19-year-old male from Campbell Hall was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released to appear in town court on Jan. 20. January 10 Jesus Martinez-Arizmendi, 45, of Goshen was arrested on a Town of Goshen bench warrant charging failure to pay fines. January 11 Paul Baker-Tornoe, 28, of Milford, Pa., was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor.
