He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court on June 4. April 19 Rocco DiFranco, 19, of Warwick was charged with trespass, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court on June 4. April 19 A 16-year-old Monroe resident was charged with underage possession of alcohol, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in the Town Chester Court on June 4.
