May 6 Eileen P. Foley, 40, of Stroudsburg, Pa., was charged on an outstanding warrant from the Town of Haverstraw. She was turned over to the Haverstraw Police Department. May 7 Maureen Francis Lanzer, 20, of Monroe was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court on June 19. May 8 Nicole Karr, 20, of Chester was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of greater than .08 percent, both misdemeanors. She was released on her own recognizance and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court on June 13. May 10 A 16-year-old female from Highland Mills was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was released on her own recognizance pending an appearance in town court on May 15. May 11 Robert J. Hawthorne, 36, of Danbury, Conn., was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, driving while intoxicated, and driving with a blood alcohol content of greater than .08 percent, all misdemeanors. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $750 cash bail and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court on June 13. May 12 Michael F. Ryan, 46, of Chester was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of greater than .08 percent, both misdemeanors, as well as several vehicle and traffic violations. He was released on $80 cash bail and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court on June 13. George T. Partridge, 49, of Chester was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court on June 19. May 13 Edda E. Zarala-Augusto, 42, of Florida, N.Y., was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court on June 19. William Agusto, 42, of Florida, N.Y., was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court on June 19. May 14 Louis C. Maurizi, 41, of Nanuet was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor and leaving the scene of an accident, a violation, after he was involved in a motor vehicle crash in Sugar Loaf. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court on May 15. May 15 Carlos Ortiz, 21, of Middletown was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court on June 19. May 17 Yazmin Rodriquez, 20, of Chester was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court on June 19. Gabriel Romero Carmona, 27, of Corona, N.Y., was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He was released on $ 100 cash bail and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court June 19.
