    July 31 An 18-year-old male from Central Valley was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent, misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance to appear in town court on Sept. 8. August 3 Carl A. Herrmann, 28, of Chester was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and criminal mischief in the fourth degree, misdemeanors. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $750 bail and is due to appear in town court on Aug. 11. August 4 Lancellot A. Givans, 25, of Harriman was arrested on an arrest warrant for harassment in the second degree, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance to appear in town court on Sept. 7. August 5 Wesleigh T. Ayres, 24, of Middletown was charged with burglary in the second degree and grand larceny in the third degree, felonies. He remains in the Orange County Jail, pending a court appearance in town court on Aug. 11. Charles M. Kruger, 24, of Goshen was charged with burglary in the second degree and grand larceny in the third degree, felonies. He remains in the Orange County Jail, pending a court appearance in town court on Aug. 11. August 7 Michael E. Carmona, 23, of Warwick was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance to appear in town court on Sept. 7.
