    December 11 Sadam Sahmanovic, 21, of Florida, N.Y., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on Jan. 9. Stanley Rozario, 30, of Chester was charged with first-degree rape, first-degree criminal sexual act, and first-degree sexual abuse, all felonies; and sexual misconduct, a misdemeanor. He was remanded to Orange County Court Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash or $50,000 bail bond and is due to appear in town court on Dec. 12. Rodney Jean, 24, of Chester was charged with driving while ability-impaired by drugs, fourth-degree criminal possession of weapon, and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, all misdemeanors; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in village court on Feb. 1. Laura S. Moracchini, 22, of Chester was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was released on her own recognizance and is due to appear in village court on Feb. 1. December 13 Joseph N. Grasso, 27, of Monroe was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony, and third-degree assault, a misdemeanor. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond and is due to appear in town court on Jan. 9. Nicole L. Campanelli, 21, of Monroe was charged with having a dog at large, a town code violation. She was released on her own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on Dec. 19. Hakim M. Anderson, 32, of Cortland Manor was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant. He posted $50 cash bail and is due to appear in town court on Jan. 3. December 16 Richard D. Clausen, 48, of New Windsor was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in the town court on Jan. 3.
