September 7 Malika D. Davis, 32, of New York, N.Y., was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance to appear in town court on Dec. 1. September 8 Kristin N. Brayman, 26, of Goshen, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance to appear in town court on Oct. 14. Afrim Radi, 34, of Chester appeared in court to answer a criminal summons for harassment in the second degree, a violation. He was arraigned before Judge Joseph Ranni. September 10 Raymond M. Pitt, 23, of Greenwood Lake was arrested on a bench warrant from town court. He was arraigned before Judge Joseph Ranni. Joseph G. Bogholtz, 45, of Mahopac, N.Y., was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He posted $40 police bail and is due to appear in town court on Oct. 14. Thomas W. Neilan, 25, of Chester was charged with trespass, a violation. He was released on an appearance ticket and is due to appear in town court on Oct. 14. Alexandra J. Vega, 21, of Port Jervis was charged with trespass, a violation. She was released on an appearance ticket to appear in town court on Oct. 14. September 12 Jeffrey S. Sottile, 30, of Washingtonville was arrested on an active bench warrant from town court. He was turned over to the City of Middletown Police Department on another outstanding warrant from their court and is due to reappear in town court on Oct. 6. Dale C. A. Knight II, 34, of Chester was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant from the Town of Goshen. He was turned over to the Town of Goshen Police for processing. September 20 Kenny Stam, 45, of Florida, N.Y., was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on Oct. 6. Joanne Martinez, 31, of Bronx, N.Y., was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on Nov. 18. September 21 Charles D. McGarry, 21, of Florida, N.Y., was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on Oct. 6. An 18-year-old male from Monroe was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released on $20 cash bail and is due to appear in town court on Oct. 6. September 22 Louis J. Davis, 35, of Mohegan Lake, N.Y., was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant for a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on Oct. 6. September 25 A 19-year-old male from Monroe was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant for misdemeanor assault from the Town of Woodbury Court. He was turned over to the Town of Woodbury Police for processing.
