January 19 An 18-year-old Warwick resident was arrested on a warrant and charged with reckless driving, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court on Feb. 4. Rocco Caputo, 28, of Chester was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court on Feb. 4. January 21 Talia Marie Phalon, 25, of Monroe was arrested on a warrant from the Town of Chester Court. She was arraigned in Village of Chester Court and remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $250 bail. Cesar Tecpanetl, 32, of Central Valley was arrested on a warrant issued by the Town of Chester Court for aggravated unlicensed operator in the second degree. He was released on his own recognizance and due to appear in town court on Jan. 22. January 23 Curtis Rupp, 29, of New Windsor was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree and a suspended registration, both misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on March 3.
