Susan Wortas joins Keller-Williams

Susan Wortas has joined the team at Keller-Williams in Goshen. She has been a real estate broker since 1983. She was a top agent in the northeast for Century 21 in the 1990s and was the owner/broker of Susan Wortas Realty Corp. in Middletown before she sold it in 2003. As a New York State licensed residential appraiser since 1991, she has worked as an appraiser for banks doing foreclosure work and later became their primary foreclosure specialist in Orange, Ulster, and Sullivan counties. She has won numerous awards through the Orange County Association of Realtors over the years.
