Blustein, Shapiro, Frank & Barone, LLP (BSF&B) announced that attorney Peyton M.B. Miller has joined the firm.
At BSF&B, Miller’s practice focuses primarily on municipal law and general litigation, working closely with BSF&B Managing Partner Will Frank, as well as landlord/tenant matters.
Prior to joining BSF&B in January 2026, Miller served as an associate at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP in Livingston, N.J., where he represented clients in state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and regulatory forums. He also served as outside general counsel to several clients, drafting and negotiating employment and commercial agreements.
Earlier in his career, Miller served as a law clerk for the Honorable James R. Paganelli, J.A.D. of the New Jersey Appellate Division, as well as for Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly in Cherry Hill, N.J. He also gained federal court experience as a judicial intern at the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in Newark, N.J.
“Peyton’s background in administrative law as well as appellate and federal court work is a strong addition to our law firm,” said Frank. “He’s well-positioned to serve our clients across the Hudson Valley.”
“I’m happy to bring my litigation experience to BSF&B’s clients,” said Miller. “I’m enjoying the municipal, litigation and landlord/tenant work so far, and look forward to taking on more responsibilities as I progress at the firm.”
Miller earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh. Miller is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
