Patricia Ann (Strahlmann) Tanner of Hamptonburgh passed away on Sunday, July 2, 2023, at Garnet Health Medical Center in the Town of Wallkill. She was 83.
Patricia was born Feb. 17, 1940, in Suffern. She was the daughter of Andrew and Elsie (Gustavson) Strahlmann.
She was a homemaker and loved to spend her time crafting, gardening and reading. She was a member of the Hamptonburgh Leisure Club.
She is survived by her son Robert Tanner and wife Karen of Wallkill; her daughter Donna Helt and husband Robert of Campbell Hall; her son Andrew Tanner and wife Michele of Highland Mills; three grandsons, Christopher Helt Sr., Benjamin Helt and his wife Jillian and Philip Tanner and granddaughter Gianna Graziano; great grandchildren Christopher Jr. and Harper Rose; and many nieces and nephews.
Patricia was predeceased by her husband Robert and her sister Marie (Strahlmann) Zegers.
Visitation was held July 5 at Donovan Funeral Home, 82 South Church St., Goshen. The funeral was held July 6 at the funeral home. Burial followed in Hamptonburgh Cemetery in Campbell Hall.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Patricia’s name to the Ronald McDonald House.
