Mass held for Helen Ann Mills

Helen Ann Mills of Goshen died on Saturday, Aug. 2, 2014, at home. She was 81.

Daughter of the late Arthur and Sophie (Galus) Kukys, she was born Feb. 12, 1933, in Goshen. She was the widow of Norman Mills.

She retired from Mack Brothers in Goshen. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, Goshen, and the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary.

Survivors include her two daughters, Norma Stephens and her companion, Andre King, of Middletown, and Lynn Walker of Goshen; sister, Irene Luime of Fairlawn, N.J.; six grandchildren, Regan Stephens Jr., Dara Stephens, Andre King Jr., Desiree King, Jason Walker and Bruce Otte Jr.; ten great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents; husband, Norman Mills; and sister, Christine Santos.

A Memorial Mass and Burial was held Nov. 8 at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, Goshen. Burial followed at St. John’s Cemetery, Goshen.

Arrangements are under the care of the Donovan Funeral Home, Goshen.
