Margaret T. Hill of Goshen entered into rest on Thursday, May 11, 2023, at home.
Margaret was born in the Bronx, the daughter of Owen Murphy and Julia O’Donoghue.
She was predeceased by her husband of 54 years, Thomas J. Hill, with whom she had four children. She retired from BOCES in Goshen as a teacher’s aide.
Margaret was a beloved mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her daughter Maureen Brophy; sons Eugene and Frances Hill and their sons Patrick and Christopher; James and Carol Hill and their children Siobhan, Callum and Fiona Hill; and Thomas and Debora Hill and son Thomas and daughter Alexandra.
The memorial service will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 8, at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Craigville Road in Goshen.
There will then be refreshments served at the Dikeman Firehouse, 10 Dikeman Drive in Goshen.
