Eleanor Bellotto of New Hampton, a retired secretary at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, entered into rest on Saturday, Oct. 16, 2021. She was 90.
The daughter of Christian Gross and Josephine Meduski Gross, she was born on May 28, 1931, in Middletown.
She is survived by her nephew Guy Gross and his wife Cherie; great nephew Guy Paul Gross; along with several cousins.
She was predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Frank Bellotto; brother Robert “Snooky” Gross and her sister Florence Frederick.
Visitation and funeral services were held Oct. 28 at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 391 Mount Hope Road, Middletown.
Burial was in Pine Hill Cemetery in Middletown.
In lieu of flowers (please no flowers) memorial contributions may be made to St. John’s Lutheran Church Building Fund, 391 Mount Hope Road, Middletown, NY 10940; or to a Humane Society of one’s choice.
