Kelsey Scott and Evan Selman to wed

CHESTER — Robert and Tammy Scott of Chester are happy to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelsey, to Evan Selman of Anderson, S.C.

Evan is the son of Anya Elliott of Hickory, N.C. Kelsey is a graduate of Chester Academy and earned her AAS degree in Dental Hygiene at Forsyth Tech in Winston-Salem, N.C. She is employed by Kempter Family Dentistry in Concord, N.C.

Evan graduated with his BA from Winston-Salem State University in Winston-Salem, N.C. He is employed by First Capital Finance as an assistant manager.

A June 2015 wedding is planned.
