Hailey R. Zimmerman, 23, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree rape, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance.
Oct. 9
Rosa A. Vasquez, 42, of Middletown, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and refusal to take a Breathalyzer test, an infraction. She was released to a third party.
Jerril J. Shepherd, 24, of Highland Mills, was charged with second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket.
Oct. 10
Teresa A. Snyder, 48, of Middletown, was charged with third-degree grand larceny, a felony. She was sent to Orange County Jail.
