Painted Trotters of Goshen auction is Sept. 20

Illuminate Goshen will host its third annual Painted Trotters of Goshen silent auction at 6 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 20, at Limoncello's Restaurant, 159 Main Street.

Guests can bid on the horses exhibited throughout downtown during the summer. They were painted by members of the Goshen Art League. Each horse has a sponsor, and each artist was free to paint in any style they liked.

There is no cost to attend the event. A cash bar available and attendees are encouraged to order dinner from the restaurant.

Bidding will end at 8 p.m. sharp. Winning bidders will be able to pay with cash or a check.

Proceeds will be split 50/50 between each artist and Illuminate Goshen, which uses the money to fund the project in the future.
