Chester to throw Halloween party on Nov. 6

CHESTER — The Town of Chester is holding a Halloween party from noon to 2 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 6, at the Chester Commons off Laroe Road.
Highlights include a costume contest, games, DJ music, and candy for all.
