Joseph A. Rumsey

Joseph A. Rumsey of Chester, N.Y., a lifelong resident of the area, died peacefully on Monday, July 15, 2019, at Golden Hill Health Care Facility in Kingston, N.Y. He was 72.
No public viewing or services are planned at per Joe’s wishes.
Cremation services was to take place at Oxford Hills Crematory, Chester.
Funeral arrangements and cremation care were made by Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers.
