On Thursday, September 21, area resident and former NYPD officer Jim Murphy sat down for a cup of Joe with Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler. The two swapped stories and enjoyed the eats served by The Empire Diner in Monroe.
Murphy, 81, has a long history of serving the public, including 25 years with the NYPD and 18 years working for the federal government.
