We clearly are in a “VUCA” world – full of volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity.
Yet we can now become more optimistic as we move forward with a higher level of competence and integrity back in our US government.
Leaders build trust and respect by communicating openly and with authenticity.
We have missed honest and inspiring leadership during the last four years.
We must find ways to handle the challenges associated with the global pandemic and an unstable economy.
These are extraordinary times, and we will find creative and humanistic ways to return to normalcy.
