Two new retail businesses have set up shop at Goshen Plaza in Goshen, the commercial property owner Greenwich Premier Services announced.

Club Pilates and Jersey Mike’s Subs recently signed lease agreements to open stores at the Plaza, which is situated off Clowes Ave. Club Pilates and Jersey Mike’s Subs will join Starbucks, which opened in January, as well as CVS, Access Physical Therapy, Anytime Fitness, Heritage Financial Credit Union, Garnet Health, Mathnasium, Athletic Republic, and more.

According to the company’s announcement, Club Pilates offers low-impact, full-body workouts and a range of class offerings and private lessons. Club Pilates will open in early summer 2024, adjacent to Starbucks.

Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its sliced/fresh grilled subs and in-store freshly baked bread, will also open in early summer 2024.

“We are excited to continue to bring new retail storefronts to the Goshen Plaza,” said Christian Bilella, senior vice president of leasing and property management for Greenwich Premier Services. “These two new additions not only reflect our dedication to providing distinct and exceptional offerings that our customers want, but also contribute to creating a vibrant destination that the entire region can enjoy on a regular basis.”
