McGinn, 57, of Walton, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Latifah R. Herring, 29, and a 19-year-old male, both of Newburgh, were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

Victoria Rodriguez, 20, Jessica C. Kelly, 26, both of Monticello, and Michael A. McCoy, 36, of Ferndale, were charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Kelly was also charged with second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. They were released on appearance tickets.
John W. Willis, 56, of Middletown, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors, and released on an appearance ticket.
Jason Francisco Garza, 39, of Lansing, Michigan, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

James R. D’Alessio, 22, of Goshen, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.
Allyse K. Engle, 28, of Jacksonville, Fla., was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, a misdemeanor. She was released to a third party.
