Davila, 20, of Wurtsboro, and Niki Capaci, 36, of Middletown, were charged with five counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of hypodermic instrument, misdemeanors, third and fourth-degree criminal possession of a narcotic drug, felonies. They were released on appearance tickets.
Eddy G. Nunez, 36, of Monroe, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

Michael T. Conklin, 30, of Walden, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony, criminal obstruction of breathing and providing a false written statement, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.
