State Police at Monroe

Sept. 2

Thomas Letizia, 36, of Goshen, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, and released on his own recognizance.

Sept. 4

Kyle Surage, 23, of Wallkill, was charged with third-degree stalking and second-degree aggravated harassment, misdemeanors. He was sent to Orange County Jail.

Sept. 7

Arnold Borisza, 24, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Dimitri Dolaberidze, 41, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.
