Kaitlyn N. Kelly, 23, Austin J. Phillips, 21, both of Lake Ariel, Pa., and Matthew Williams, 26, of Hawley, Pa., were charged with multiple counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument, misdemeanors. Williams was also charged with first-degree operator impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. They were released on appearance tickets.

Michael C. Knight, 33, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released to a third party.
Amanda L. Henderson, 39, of Vernon, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket.

Elliot Vasquez, 53, of Florida, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.
Terrence A. Kievit, 21, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.
