Francht, 37, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with having a controlled substance in a non- original container, two counts of unlawful possession of marijuana, violations, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Matthew Ciaramella, 28, of Skillman, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.
