Cornell Cooperative Extension of Orange County will present “Let’s Chat about Nourishing Your Family,” a six-week online workshop, on Wednesdays from Jan. 13 through Feb. 24. All classes will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. using the Zoom online platform.
This interactive series will offer strategies, tools and knowledge to help families improve food and physical activity behaviors, food resource management, food safety and food security. These workshops are intended for parents and caregivers raising children as well as daycare providers.
There is no fee for this series, but pre-registration is required. You can register online by visiting cceorangecounty.org/events and following the registration link.
