Theater. ‘Love Letters’ performances at Goshen Music Hall

    As its second play of the 2023 season, Cornerstone Theatre Arts, Inc. will present “Love Letters,” reading written by dramatist A.R. Gurney on June 3, 4, 9, 10, and 11 at The Goshen Music Hall. Friday and Saturday performances begin at 7 p.m. and the Sunday matinees start at 2 p.m.

    “Love Letters” is a finely-nuanced staged reading about two childhood friends whose lifelong correspondence begins with thank-you notes and summer camp postcards. They develop a romantic attachment and continue to exchange letters throughout their lives.

    Directed by Evelyn Albino and Designed by Victoria Cottone, this intimate theatre experience features John Redman, Marianne Ciuffetelli, Benedict Hudson, and Sara Johnson.

    The Goshen Music Hall is located at 223 Main St. in Goshen. The theater is on the second-floor.

    The production is sponsored by The Goshen Public Library & Historical Society. Admission is free, although free-will donations to Cornerstone Theater Arts are appreciated.
