The Chester Historical Society will hold a penny social on Friday, Sept. 13, at the senior/recreational center, located at 81 Laroe Road in Chester.
Doors will open at 5:45 p.m. and calling begins at 7 p.m.
Admission is $2 and includes refreshments, door prizes and 25 ballots. There will be many specials.
