Barbecue and cornhole tournament coming to performing arts center

The second annual Family Barbecue and Cornhole Tournament will be held on Saturday, Oct. 5, at the Sugar Loaf Performing Arts Center, 1351 Kings Highway, Sugar Loaf.

Registration begins at 11:30 a.m. and the tournament starts at 1 p.m.

There will be live music by the Black Dirt Bandits, Hudson Blue, and Alan & Evan.

The cost per player for both the tournament and barbecue is $60, or $120 per team, and include a shirt. For the barbecue only the cost is $30 for those over 21, $15 for ages 12 to 20, and free for children under 12. Proceeds benefit the Danny Mulvey Foundation.
