GOSHEN – Linda’s Office Supplies & Gifts is selling its 6th annual Historic Goshen Ornament this holiday season, according to a pres release.

According to the business, this year’s ornament of Goshen’s Village Hall, has a limited quantity available and a portion of the proceeds. A limited will be donated to Illuminate Goshen.

The release said this is the 6th year Linda’s has held the ornament sale, and previous ornaments featured other historic Goshen buildings including the Goshen Public Library, the First Presbyterian Church, Goshen Town Hall, the Harness Racing Museum and the Historic Train Station.

The glass ornament is hand-made in Ecuador, so each is one-of-a-kind, according to the release.

“I love Maplewood Village Hall and its link to the history of our quaint town, its subsequent growth and all that Goshen now offers for both residents and visitors,” owner Linda Mabie said in the release.

Mabie said she wants people to enjoy Goshen, its shops and restaurants, its history, and its community happenings including the Illuminate Goshen festivities on New Year’s Eve.

The holidays are a special time for both Linda and the store and she wants to recognize all of those that shop local by giving back to an organization that specifically focuses on Goshen, its residents and all of the fun a community can have together.

“I hope the money we raise will help with this wonderful event for our community and make it a place people want to stop and visit," she said. "The ornament sells fast, so stop in to get yours while supplies last."
