Unmasked corruption by Town of Goshen Supervisor Doug Bloomfield

| 25 Jul 2017 | 05:54

Dear Goshen,
Your Town Supervisor is not doing a very good job supervising the town. Doug Bloomfield, town supervisor of Goshen, New York, removed a planning board member after Legoland's attorney, Dominic Cordisco (member of the Orange County Partnership) drafted a letter asking for Mr. Andrews to be removed because of his wife's affiliation with a group that was against Legoland.
Mr. Bloomfield then removed Mr. Andrews as requested by Legoland's attorney. This is blatant corruption, especially when other planning board members, including the chairman, have been seen around town with "pro" Legoland buttons on and supporting Legoland propaganda.
Amusement parks are prohibited in all districts of Goshen. The particular 520+ acre site chosen for Legoland by the Orange County Partnership is inappropriate and unsustainable.
