Chester Ice Cream celebrates opening

Brad and Christine Post, Chester residents for more than 15 years, recently opened their new shop, Chester Ice Cream, with a ribbon cutting celebration. The shop will serve Curly's Premium Homemade Ice Cream in New York for the first time. For more than 50 years, Curly's has been a family favorite for ice cream in the Northern New Jersey area. The Posts have two children who are now in grades one and three at Chester Elementary School. "We are very happy to be a part of this community and hope our ice cream shop becomes a favorite spot to visit," said the Posts in a statement. "Our vision is to create a small town family ice cream shop where you can gather with friends and family to enjoy premium homemade ice cream made by our family. We are excited to share maintain the highest level of quality, and serve our customers in a family friendly environment."
