Kaliska looks like a snowball, but she's warm and fuzzy

Kaliska is a 3-4 year old medium haired white female. Kaliska was found by a wonderful woman who adopted another cat from our shelter last year. This lucky girl has transformed from the ugly duckling she was when found to a beautiful feline

This pretty girl has doubled her weight and is a whopping 12 pounds. She is like a big snowball. Her rescuer contacted us knowing we really didn't have the financial ability to take her in and care for her. She was more than happy to take her in and get her well, plus get her vaccines, spayed and veterinary care. Already having three cats, she couldn't keep Kaliska permanently, so now she is in the shelter hoping to be adopted.

Having gone through what she has, she sheds right now, however I think eventually that will lessen. Someone who will give her time to settle in is what Kaliska needs. She is only an indoor cat, and deserves to be spoiled, loved and always cared for. She would probably do fine with another cat, but integrated slowly. Most important is Kaliska needs someone who will love and care for her for the rest of her life. For more information call 294-3984.
