    Kieran C. Payne, 30, of New Hampton, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors, and released on an appearance ticket.
    A 22-year-old man from Congers was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket.

    A 23-year-old Williston Park man was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket.
    Jan. 3
    Michael G. Begonja, 24, of Monroe, was charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket.
    Jan. 5
    Eugene N. Aton, 55, of Glenwood, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.
    Jan. 6
    Milon J. Beauvais, 28, of Woodbury, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
    Latoya Oliver, 32, of Bloomingburg, was charged with two counts of having a controlled substance in a non-original container, a violation, petty larceny, and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket.
    Peter A. Khanjian, 25, of Hawthorne, N.J., was charged with violating state sanitary code, having a controlled substance in a non-original container, unlawful possession of marijuana, violations, two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument, first-degree operator impaired by drugs, misdemeanors, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a narcotic drug, a felony. He was sent to Orange County Jail.
    Samia Souza, 27, of Ridgefield, N.J., was charged with having a controlled substance in a non-original container, a violation, two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and possession of a hypodermic instrument, misdemeanors. She was sent to Orange County Jail.

    A 32-year-old Pomona man was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Carlos A. Lopez-Perez, 26, of Woodbury, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.
